Dear fellow ODA members,
Maneesh Jain, president of the ODA, was very dismissive of the petition, calling it “social media misinformation” and failing to take the allegations of transparency and accountability seriously. Despite having over 300 signatures, very little time was spent addressing the matters raised in the petition.
To put it in perspective, the board is voted in by about 100 dentist councillors, yet now 300 dentists are calling for the board to resign. Still, the board dismisses the claims of the petition as misinformation. This is both unacceptable and irresponsible.
The board exists to serve ODA members. Please sign the petition here and spread the word to all Ontario dentists. We need to keep building awareness.

The misinformation is from the President as he has performed poorly and is trying to cover up his failures. It is rumoured that the last few Presidents got paid in excess of $ 4000,000 during their term. The ODA conducts polls that say members are happy with the ODA’s performance. NO ONE IS HAPPY WITH THEIR PERFORMANCE.
WE NEED CHANGE AND WE NEED IT NOW.
It has become clear that both Past ODA Presidents Dr. Manesh Jain and the wholly incompetent Dr. Brock Nicolucci have failed our members. These two clowns have mismanaged our membership dues, lied about the CDCP negotiations , and PLP negotiations, swept complaints of women Board members aside, and tried to insert their own lackeys in our recent mid terms elections to committees. They need to be investigated, and the results made public to all our membership.
